Delete your Roaming account
You can permanently delete your Roaming account and personal data at any time, directly in the app. Here's how.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Roaming app and sign in.
- Tap your couple avatar (top-left of any tab) to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm both prompts. Your account is deleted immediately.

Email hello@joinroaming.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your login (email and authentication details).
- Your personal profile information.
- The chat messages you sent.
What may be kept
If you share a couple profile with a partner, that shared profile remains for your partner's continued use; your personal link to it is removed. We may also retain limited information where we're legally required to (for example, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms), and then only for as long as the law requires.
Timing
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our provider's standard rolling cycle. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
